cuisine shares the escential features of the Polo
resort, which is located in the Argentinian pampas,
with ever green prides orchards, fruit, forests, dairy
farms and craft man ship that highly characterize
these whereabouts.

of our chef.

ingredients. Excellent vegetables, cheese, eggs and
home made sauceges are included on our menu to give
our dishes a handcraft touch.
